The layout from top to bottom:
Dark Hunter (31)- Dark Elf (200) - Dark Ranger (200)
Alice, fire (220) - Pure Wizard (21) - Zeus (140)
Dorothy, fire (170) - Lisa, poison (120) - Stos (21)
Dark Ice Wizard (32) - Dark Necromancer (21) - Milit. Band M (21)

Leader: Thor (100)
Towers: Lightning tower (150), Cannon (25)
Castle parts: Minigun Castle (900), Lightning Castle (700)

You should focus leveling Dark Ranger, Dark Elf and Alice the most, and others a little behind. Don't fall into the common mistake keeping everyone in equal levels!

These levels are just an approximation of what you should aim for around this wave level, you can easily have lower or higher level units and still do fine.
